If you have already tried the program Automatically Take Screenshots and you like it, but need something more complete, then this Take Screenshots and Capture is just what you need.

Take Screenshots and Capture lets you take screenshots in a totally automated way. You can specify the time intervals between each capture. All the captures taken over a period of time are stored in a folder which you indicate.

The shots taken by Take Screenshots and Capture can be saved as either JPG or BMP. You can also specify the quality you want for each shot. One of the most interesting aspects is that you can program different intervals: for example, start taking shots every 30 seconds, and then, after a certain time, every 10 minutes.
